I kind of love that they took the idea of a flotation tank and ran with it and the tube type thing she went in with her diving suit on isn’t too dissimilar to the very early float tanks. But, just do that you know, here at the floating room:

You do not need to wear a blind fold, it is naturally completely dark if/when you close the door and turn the lights off.

We do not use road salt - in fact we use medical grade Epsom salt.

No one has yet seen a demagorgan or opened a gate to a parallel universe (at least not that we know of.)

And I haven’t yet seen anyone come out with a nose bleed.

If you haven’t seen stranger things I appreciate that this is all probably though-roughly confusing but if you have, you’ll know what I mean 😉😂

The single thing that struck me most during my first float was realising what it meant to actually release ALL muscular tension. I could see, for the first time, how habitually tense I had been. I could see that relaxation was not lethargy but a very distinct state… and it was a state I was interested in experiencing again… and again.
