This so easy it hurts. Admittedly, it’s not as sugary sweet as some of the more manufactured brands, instead it has a sort of fromage frais sort if vibe. Here’s how you do it:

Start by making Labna (it will take 24 hours but is super easy.) This gives you the texture for the cream and creates a sort of “base.” You can then experiment with different flavors. Here are some of my favourites:

Vanilla and Maple

Add a tablespoon of maple, a tablespoon of agave and a tea spoon of vanilla paste.

Almond

Add a tablespoon of agave and a few drops of almond essence.

Rose

Add a tablespoon of agave and a few drops of rose essence or rose water.

Orange (my favourite – I just lurv orange-y creamy-ness!)

Add a tablespoon of agave and few drops of orange essence.
